Her role includes Jane Kerkovich-Williams in ABC's comedy show Happy Endings, Denise Mahoney in Scrubs the final two seasons, Tiger on Hulu's comedy series Future Man, and Hannah Wyland in Quantico. In 2022, she was a character in the Fox comedy Pivoting. She was an actor in the Netflix series Murderville episode-Who killed Santa. Coupe studied improvisational comedy at The Groundlings as well as ImprovOlympic. She was on tour in France in 2003, playing the soldier in an all-female King Lear version. The one-woman sketch show she performed, The Patriots, premiered in the New York's Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre on November 5th in 2005. The show won her the Breakout Performer Award from HBO's U.S. In March 2006, she got wed to Randall Whittinghill, who is a puppeteer and actor. From December 2007 until June 2013, Coupe was engaged to Randall Whittinghill, an actor instructor and puppeteer. She announced her engagement on Instagram on the 27th of November 2014. While they were on vacation in New Zealand, they were married on December 24, 2014. In the year 2018, they divorced. Between April 2011 between April 2011 and May 2013, Coupe was a regular in ABC's ensemble comedy show Happy Endings, along with Zachary Knighton (Adam Pally), Damon Wayans Jr., Casey Wilson, and Zachary Knighton. The show was canceled by ABC on May 3, 2013, even though it received acclaim from critics. The show also earned an acclaim and cult status. Following the time that Happy Endings was cancelled, she starred as a regular in the final season of House of Lies. She was also on the show with Jay Harrington on the comedy series Benched. The show premiered on October 28th in 2014. Then, she played Hannah Wyland, the FBI agent in the ABC series Quantico on ABC.
